Since all the digital products are created, and designed to order, we don’t refund or exchange them but can support in modification or editing them to meet/exceed clients’ expectations.

During the process, we submit sample works to get necessary approvals and ensure, proper quality check before submitting the final product files.

We don’t compromise on the tools, procedures or process quality and ensure the right steps with full dedication & quality time, and keep the clients in the loop during the entire process to ensure the expected results.

You are kindly requested to discuss well before placing order and communicate your expectations or specification before placing an order.

Order Modification / Changes

Any change can be incorporated with mutual understanding (if possible) in the initial stage. After a certain time, there is no point of return, so be careful before communicating your requirements. However, our team try their level best to come up with the expected outcome and we don’t mind minor modifications till the entire satisfaction of the clients.
